Contenuto del Corso LSSBB

La certificazione Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) si concentra sul testare gli studenti sulla loro comprensione completa dei vari strumenti e tecniche Six Sigma insieme a Lean.

L’obiettivo è sviluppare una base di conoscenze completa che aiuti gli studenti a funzionare efficacemente come Lean Black Belt Six Sigma nei vari progetti.

Gli strumenti e le tecniche coprono sia l’analisi quantitativa che non quantitativa insieme ad altre conoscenze necessarie per migliorare il processo di produzione, ridurre al minimo le inefficienze e aumentare con una maggiore attenzione all’implementazione pratica di questi strumenti e tecniche nell’organizzazione.
